The Travellers’ Choice Award for Luxury goes to the Breidenbacher Hof

Düsseldorf, January 26th, 2017. The travellers voted. The prestigious Travellers’ Choice Award 2017 for the best luxury hotel in Germany goes to Düsseldorf’s best address, the Breidenbacher Hof, a Capella Hotel.
According to a survey conducted by TripAdvisor, 91% of travellers stated that the top priority in service quality is being “personal, friendly and direct“. The Breidenbacher Hof not only fulfills these expectations – its authentic, caring, individual service at the grand hotel, located directly on the famous shopping boulevard, the Königsallee captures the spirit of the moment while setting the benchmark for German luxury hotels. “Such outstanding achievements can only be reached through great leadership, a sustainable philosophy and world class service in an environment of belonging and purpose”, emphasizes Horst Schulze, Chairman and CEO of the Capella Hotel Group.
The Breidenbacher Hof was not only distinguished through its top ranking in 2017 as “the Best Luxury Hotel in Germany“, but was further awarded the title as “the Hotel with the Best Service“.
